This program is for the active outdoor enthusiast who has an interest in knowing the local indigenous communities and their way of life! We offer you one week of Spanish classes in Pucará, and one week of hiking (or horseback riding) through the pristine landscapes of Intag and Piñan, with stops and workshops in the rural communities. This program includes accommodation and transportation for the duration of the trip, and also meals, camping equipment, and a professional guide. (This program is an authentic opportunity to get to know the indigenous people of Ecuador, and part of your program fee goes to supporting the development of these communities.)
